Your data
Last updated October 19, 2026
Draft. Final wording pending legal review.
Who owns it
Your patients' information is yours. The inquiries, conversations, recordings and appointments that Night Shift and 10 in 90 handle belong to your practice. We process them on your behalf, only to provide the service you signed up for, and never sell them or use them for anyone else.
Where it's stored
Conversations, contacts and appointments live in accounts set up in your practice's name: the messaging and calling system, your calendar, and your ad accounts. Our own records of your account (contracts, invoices, the Monday Report) are kept in our database and email systems. Our providers store data in Canada or the United States.
Patient conversations can include health information. In Canada we handle it under PIPEDA and the provincial laws that apply. For US practices, a Business Associate Agreement under HIPAA is part of signing up.
Who can see it
Your team, and the few people at Cuspyr (Raremind Advisors Limited) who set up and look after your account. Every service we use to deliver the work only handles data to provide that service to us.
If you cancel
With 30 days' notice after your first 3 months, the service stops at the end of the notice period. The accounts set up in your practice's name stay yours, with everything in them. Within 30 days of the end we hand over an export of anything held only on our side, then delete our copies, except what we must keep by law, such as invoices.
