Privacy policy

This site is run by Raremind Advisors Limited (brand: Cuspyr), a British Columbia company ("we", "us"). Cuspyr helps dental practices get more patients through the door. We're based in Vancouver, British Columbia. This policy explains what this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions go to sid@cuspyr.com.

When you ask for a call, we collect your answers to the short form (the kind of practice, your role, roughly how many implant patients start treatment a month, a monthly collections range, whether there's room for an ad budget, where patients come from and how fast inquiries get a call back) and your contact details: name, practice name, email, phone, city and province or state, and website if you give it. Please don't send patient health information through this site.

On the last step of the form we save your contact details as you type them, so we can follow up if you get cut off before sending. The form says so on that step.

We also count how many visitors reach each step of the form, using a random number that lasts only for your browser tab. It doesn't identify you and isn't linked to your answers.

With the form, we also keep where your visit started (the page you first landed on, the site that sent you, and any campaign tags in the link), and, if you used it, the number you set on our calculator. This tells us which of our own ads and pages work.

If you buy online, checkout asks for your practice details (practice and your name, role, email, mobile, country, province or state, practice software, website, and roughly how many implant inquiries you get). We save them as you go so you can pick up where you left off, and if you stop before paying we may follow up by email or text. When you accept the agreement we keep the version you accepted, the time, your IP address, your browser and the name you typed, and email you a PDF copy. Payment details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store your card or bank numbers.

If you use the Missed Patient Calculator and ask for the full breakdown, we keep the email (and mobile, if you give it) and the numbers you entered. If you send us a text through the site, we keep your message and how to reach you.

To stop abuse we record your browser type, your approximate country, and a one-way scrambled version of your IP address that can't be turned back into the address.

To reply to you, set up your call, prepare for it, and follow up. To keep the site secure and free of spam. To understand which of our ads and pages bring practices to us. We don't sell personal information, and we don't use it to advertise anything but our own service.

Your enquiry is stored in our database (hosted Postgres) and the site runs on Vercel. Emails about your enquiry are sent through Resend. If you book a time, the booking calendar is provided by our scheduling tool and its own policy applies. Your enquiry is also copied to our customer records system (GoHighLevel), which we use to call, text and email you about your enquiry. Payments are handled by Stripe, including tax calculation, under Stripe's own privacy policy. Each provider only handles information to provide its service to us.

We use your browser's storage to remember your cookie choice, your light or dark preference, and where your visit started. We measure visits with Vercel Analytics, which counts pages without cookies and without identifying you.

Only if you click Accept do we load the Meta Pixel and the Google tag, which tell us whether our ads lead to enquiries and sign-ups. If you decline, they never load. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.

When a practice pays, we tell Meta about the purchase from our server, with the email scrambled one way (hashed) so it can't be read, to measure our own ads.

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them, unless you become a client, in which case your information is covered by our agreement. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by emailing sid@cuspyr.com. We'll answer within 30 days.

In Canada we handle personal information under PIPEDA and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act. If you're in the United States, this site isn't meant to collect protected health information; where our services for a US practice involve it, HIPAA terms, including a business associate agreement where required, are covered in that practice's agreement.

If you're in Quebec, the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25) also applies: you can ask how a decision about you was made, and ask us to stop sharing or to delete information. Our privacy officer, named below, handles these requests.
