Will people know it's an AI?
Yes. It says so at the start of every call and conversation, along with which practice it's answering for, and again whenever someone asks. It sounds natural, and you hear sample conversations and approve the answers before anything goes live.
What happens when someone wants a real person?
They get one. During office hours the conversation goes straight to your team. After hours, your team gets a short note first thing, with everything the person said.
Does it work with my practice software?
Yes. It books into your calendar and doesn't touch your clinical records. We check your setup in the first week.
Who owns the patient data?
You do. Conversations, contacts and appointments live in accounts set up in your practice's name, and they stay yours if you leave. The details are on our data page.
How long does setup take and what do you need from me?

Is it legal to reply to people at night?
Replying straight away to someone who just messaged you is allowed at any hour. Follow-up calls and texts wait for the hours the law allows where the person lives, and anyone can opt out at any time. We give you consent wording for your forms so people agree to be contacted.

What if I'm in the US?
Same service, priced in USD. A Business Associate Agreement under HIPAA is part of signing up, and texting follows US carrier rules.
