These terms cover your use of cuspyr.com, which is run by Raremind Advisors Limited (brand: Cuspyr), a British Columbia company ("we", "us"). The services we provide to practices are covered by a separate written agreement, which takes priority over anything here.

This site describes our services in general terms. Anything labelled as an example, such as the Lakeview Dental call, the calculator's starting numbers or the sample report, is an illustration, not a client result. Nothing here is clinical, legal or financial advice.

There are two guarantees on this site. The 60-Second Promise (Night Shift): every new patient inquiry gets a reply in under 60 seconds, 24/7, or that month is free. The 10 in 90 Guarantee: 10 new implant patients who book and show up within 90 days of the ads going live, or the monthly fee drops to $0 until we hit it, provided the agreed ad budget keeps running, appointment slots stay open, and handed-over patients hear back within one business day. Their binding terms are the ones in your agreement. We don't promise treatment decisions, revenue or clinical outcomes.

Please don't misuse the site: no automated scraping, no attempts to break or overload it, and no sending us anything unlawful or anyone else's personal information without permission.

How we handle personal information, including cookies and the Meta Pixel, is described in our privacy policy.

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it's provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from using it or relying on its general information.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
