Will people know it's an AI?
Yes. It says so at the start of every call and conversation, along with which practice it's answering for, and again whenever someone asks. It sounds natural, and you hear sample conversations and approve the answers before anything goes live.
What happens when someone wants a real person?
They get one. During office hours the conversation goes straight to your team. After hours, your team gets a short note first thing, with everything the person said.
Does it work with my practice software?
Yes. Appointment requests go into your calendar for your team to confirm, and it doesn't touch your clinical records. We check your setup in the first week.
Who owns the patient data?
