What if the people who come in can't afford implants?

We screen for it. Ads and the first replies mention cost and financing, so price shoppers drop out early and your team spends time on people who are serious.

How does applying for Cuspyr Implant Engine work?

Cuspyr Implant Engine is by application, one practice per area. Answer a few questions and book a 20-minute call. If your area is open and we can hit 10 for you, we send you a link to reserve it. Once we work with you, we don't run implant ads for anyone else near you.

Who owns the ad accounts?

You do. They're in your practice's name and bill your card directly.

Am I locked in?

For the first 3 months. After that it's month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.

Is ad spend part of your fee?

No. On Cuspyr Implant Engine you pay Facebook and Google directly, from about $100 USD a day, so you always see exactly what was spent. Jade has no ad spend.

What doesn't the 10 in 90 Guarantee cover?

Whether a patient goes ahead with treatment, or how much revenue you make. Those depend on things we don't control.
